At Nooklane, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging

  • Opened or used items are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival

  • Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nooklane.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

If your return request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with return instructions.
Returns sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer.
